I've been listening to this song Run by Snow Patrol. What a great song! A trademark Snow Patrol song that might sound similar to Chasing Cars but this one sounds a little more mellow. Anyways, check out the video at :
The acoustic version that they performed at Radio 1's Live Lounge sounds pretty decent too.
Snow Patrol are a British alternative band formed in 1994. One of their mainstream successes are "Chasing Cars" and "You're All I Have" from their 2006 album "Eyes Open". The earlier album released in 2003 is "Final Straw" which features the track "Run".
